Shipping Policy - the basics

At Djan Autos Ltd, we understand that convenience matters — that’s why we offer a vehicle delivery service to customers across the UK.

Delivery Availability

Delivery can be arranged upon request and is subject to:

• Vehicle availability

• Distance to delivery address

• Scheduling and driver availability

We aim to make the process as smooth and efficient as possible.

Payment Terms

To ensure a secure and transparent transaction, we require full cleared payment prior to dispatch. No vehicle will leave our premises until:

• The full balance has been received

• Any delivery fees (if applicable) have been settled

Payments can be made via bank transfer. A sales invoice and confirmation will be provided upon receipt of payment.

 Delivery Process

1. Once you confirm you’d like delivery, we’ll provide a delivery quote and timeframe based on your location.

2. Upon agreement, we will send a final invoice including the vehicle and delivery cost.

3. After full payment is received, we will schedule delivery and keep you updated every step of the way.

4. On arrival, you (or a designated recipient) will be asked to sign a delivery acceptance form confirming safe receipt of the vehicle.

Important Notes

• All vehicles are inspected before leaving our forecourt.

• We are not liable for any damage caused after the vehicle is delivered and signed for.

• Returns are not accepted unless covered under a warranty agreement or statutory rights.
